I'm an artist with low vision ( limited sight that's not corrected ). #TheUnveiling is a series where I'll creatively share my journey of sight loss through both art and performance.
I realized many weren't familiar with the variations of sight loss, the white cane and its purpose or the frustrations and emotions that come with losing your eyesight.
My intent is to redefine the narrative believed of those with visual impairments and bridge the gap by bringing awareness in a creative way.
It's time I shed light on sight loss - I come to redefine & blow your mind. There are no handicaps to me only creative ability !
